While the responsibility for system installation lies with the club, rest assured that the process is straightforward and user-friendly! Our system is designed for plug-and-play operation, eliminating the need for specialized technical expertise. We supply comprehensive instructions, both written and in video format, and the set-up should take you less than 30 minutes.
  • How long does it take to set up the camera system?
If the Ethernet cable is already installed, the setup of the entire camea system on your padel court takes under 30 minutes. It's a quick and straightforward process!
  • Do I need a professional to install the system, or can I do it myself?
No, you do not need a professional to install the system. The installation has three main steps: 1) Installing the Camera System on the court. 2) Installing an ethernet cable (not provided) from the location of the Camera System to an internet access point (router or switch). 3) Connecting the ethernet cable from the Camera System to the Processing Box and then the Processing Box to the internet and power. That simple! However you are always free to hire a professional (typically an electrician) to install the ethernet cable, we recommend this if the cable routing is complex.
  • Do I need special equipment for the installation and will it require permanent changes to my club?
Not at all! The Camera System attaches magnetically to the padel court, so no permanent fixtures or drilling are required. No special tools are needed! Just a ladder (for safe installation) and a pair of scissors (to cut the zip ties). If needed, the system can be uninstalled at any time, leaving the court structure completely untouched.
  • Do I have support during the installation?
Of course! We provide video and written instructions but if you get stuck our team is on hand to support you.
  • Does the system require an internet connection to function properly?
Yes, the system must be connected to the internet at all times to function properly. We recommend a minimum speed of 50 Mbps upload and download to ensure the best experience, including smooth streaming.
  • What is the space required for the installation?
The installation requires minimal space. The Camera System is installed on the metal structure of the padel court, typically at the back. Not taking extra space behind the court.
  • Can the camera be connected by wifi?
Yes, but we do not recommend it. The system is designed to be connected to the internet via an Ethernet cable on the Processing Box, ensuring a stable and consistent connection, especially for video streaming.
  • Can the system be moved if I need to change courts?
Yes! The CourtMaster system is designed to be flexible. The Camera System is attached magnetically, making it easy to relocate if needed. You will just need to ensure that the new court has an Ethernet connection available for the Processing Box.
